Our team of construction professionals provides a full range of resources for the management and implementation of projects, including principals, project managers, estimators, site superintendents, administrative personnel, and expert foremen and craftsmen.

ASR is dedicated to on-going training and education to ensure that our professionals keep up with the latest materials, technologies and techniques in the construction industry. The Company provides training and also offers tuition reimbursement for further education in construction-related fields. Our employee training programs reflect ASR's ongoing commitment to product quality and client satisfaction.

Since its inception, ASR has successfully completed over 9,000 reconstruction, restoration and renovation projects for residential, commercial and government clients. Continually building on expertise gained from past projects helps us, and ultimately our customers, to make better decisions relative to budgets, schedules, materials and construction techniques.

In addition to having outstanding technical and hands-on experience, our field staff is fully trained to work in and around occupied properties. We know how disruptive projects can be, so we strive to thoroughly communicate with impacted residents and/or tenants and respect the importance of access, safety, jobsite cleanliness and privacy.

Leadership
ASR is fortunate to have a leadership team of seasoned construction and business professionals guiding our clients' projects. These individuals lead by example and share their years of knowledge and experience with other team members for their development and our clients' benefit.

Communication
ASR understands the crucial role of communication. Any project, big or small, cannot be successful, stay on schedule, operate within budget and meet design objectives without the highest level of communication between the client, design professionals, building inspectors residents/tenants and contractor. To enhance communication, all critical employees are provided with a smartphone, and all contact details are listed on their business card. We operate under the belief that we must be available to clients at all times.

Superior reporting procedures and efficient access to information are critical to every project's success. ASR is commited to using the most effective information technology to track costs against budget, progress against schedules and allow project teams to work collaboratively.

Quality Assurance and Control
ASR implements a four-phase quality control process (planning, scheduling, implementation and final control) in order to deliver the highest quality project at a competitive price. The planning phase establishes the overall groundwork for the project. The scheduling phase delivers the necessary materials and assigns appropriate personnel. During the implementation phase, the field superintendent and project manager have daily oversight responsibility, and the senior management team performs weekly reviews with the project manager to monitor quality. The final control phase ensures the project is complete and has met overall expectations. At the conclusion of every project, the ASR customer service team follows-up directly with the client to ensure project completion and complete satisfaction.

Single Source Solution
ASR is a full-service contractor offering a wide range of in-house services. A significant amount of work is performed by our employees, with the remainder provided by a select group of rigorously qualified and proven specialty sub-contractors that share ASR's commitment to the highest level of service and quality. From foundation modifications to superstructure repairs, building enclosure systems repair to major design-build capital improvements - ASR is a full-service resource with extensive experience in performing all aspects of reconstruction, restoration and renovation projects.

Health and Safety
Safe construction practices and procedures are a fundamental component of ASR's work culture. Guided by our comprehensive in-house safety program, employees at all levels work diligently to reduce construction risks in order to protect the well-being of our employees and property tenants. Complying with the highest safety standards has the further benefit of contributing to control costs and ensuring on-time completion.

Safety is planned into each project and is integrated into everything we do. Our Experience Modification Rate of 0.83 is significantly below the national average of similar firms in our industry and demonstrates the company-wide commitment to safety. We are approved by the State of Colorado for the Worker's Compensation Cost Containment Program and are members of the Colorado Safety Association.

Cost Control
ASR takes a proactive approach to cost control to ensure projects are delivered within established budgets. Through daily payroll entry and job cost reporting, ASR management is able to monitor projects on a real-time basis. By gathering current information and comparing to budget, ASR is able to quickly identify requirements for remedial action to address negative variances. ASR is always on the lookout for ways to deploy state-of-the-art services and technologies offering innovative, cost effective alternatives. Our hands-on, field-proven experience provides an excellent complement to our engineering and architectural partners when performing value engineering and constructability reviews.

Collaborative Teamwork
Our management style is highly dependent on teamwork -i.e., close collaboration and constant communication between all members of the project team: ASR's employees and subcontractors, the client, and design professionals. ASR manages its projects on a forward-looking basis, keeping project teams informed so they can stay in front of any impending issues.
