Building(s) Under Construction - Two Week Outlook:
As we are now entering the winter season, some construction schedule projections may shift due to weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
7805 & 7885:
- Complete – Both buildings have completed City of Arvada inspection and approval.
7875 & 7865:
- 7875 has completed City of Arvada inspection and approval.
- 7865 Xcel transformer – the Xcel transformer relocation plan requires modification. This will delay the relocation of the transformer in front of the building into Q1 of 2025.
7855 & 7845:
- Complete – The railing completion for the EFG stack for 7855 is the final item.
7835 & 7825:
- Complete - Exterior and interior punch list in progress.
6011:
- Complete - Interior and exterior punch list items are in progress.
6009:
- ABC Stack:
- New stairs are open for use.
- Basement stairs should be completed by next Friday.
- Deck construction is scheduled to begin next week.
- EFG Stack:
- New stair installation is in progress and planned for completion early next week.
- Temp stairs will be removed upon the completion of new stairs.
- Deck construction will follow the removal of the temporary stairs.
- IJK Stack:
- New stair stringers are finishing fabrication and are slated for installation by next Friday. Stairs may not be fully open with treads and railings until the following week.
- Temporary stair removal and deck construction will follow completion of the new stairs.
- MNO Stack:
- Concrete is installed for the new stair landing.
- Framing for new landings is in progress and planned for completion next week.
- Fabrication of stair stringers will commence upon completion of the stair landings.
- Xcel transformer – the Xcel transformer relocation plan requires modification. This will delay the relocation of the transformer in front of the building into Q1 of2025.
6007:
- CDE Stack:
- New stairs are complete and open for use.
- New decks are complete.
- Final siding completion is planned for next week pending materials delivery.
- GHI Stack: Stairs and decks are completed.
6005:
- Complete - Interior and exterior punch list items are in progress.



*As with all construction projects, unforeseen conditions may arise which could impact the schedule, including: Inclement weather, material and crew availability, required municipal and engineering inspections, complications with demo issues, exposed and non-exposed problems, and issues with fit and finish. Please reach out to your project team with further questions.
Miscellaneous:
- Comcast Update – Comcast has been notified that all buildings are complete except for6009 and that cabling work can continue. Once all buildings are complete with construction and cabling, information will be sent out so residents can connect to the new Comcast cabling if they choose.
- Community Lighting: The Board and RowCal have met with several lighting contractors in recent weeks. Lighting options and costs are under review.
- Punch List Items: Please continue to notify Roman Piwko and Matt Egan using contact information below regarding interior or exterior punch list items. Please be mindful of appointments for interior repairs. Multiple missed appointments or cancellations with no advance notice may result in homeowner responsibility for interior repairs.
