Founded in 1996, ASR Companies is a client-focused specialty contractor headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, specializing in the repair, restoration, renovation, and improvement of occupied properties. Originally named Advanced Structural Repair, as the company expanded and services were added, the name was changed in 2004 to reflect the greater scope of work.
From the beginning, the company’s mission has been to develop relationships with clients based on trust and confidence, by safely delivering quality and timely services that exceed their expectations.

OUR APPROACH
OUR COMMITMENT TO sAFETY
Safe construction practices and procedures are a fundamental component of ASR’s work culture and philosophy. Our comprehensive in-house safety program is behavior-based and complies with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations. ASR’s safety department consists of a certified industry health and safety expert and a full-time safety director who conducts training classes, site surveys, accident investigations, and consultations with field personnel. ASR is approved by the State of Colorado for the Worker’s Compensation Cost Containment Program and is a member of the Colorado Safety Association.
