“I can’t say enough how great this company is. They were extremely responsive, professional and honest every time I spoke with each of their representatives. I truly felt like I had an advocate in my corner when dealing with my insurance company. I definitely trust them and appreciate their customer friendly approach when working with me. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.”

"Our most recent ASR project was a $1.5 million, 6-month parking lot rebuild on a fully occupied 282-unit apartment complex. The construction process required complex communication between the engineers, management, and residents to coordinate access to their apartments during significant construction throughout the entire property. ASR was a joy to work with, professionally overcame whatever challenges were presented, and once again got the job done on time and within budget."

“As a customer care representative for a local home builder, I’ve used ASR on about 10 projects over the last year. Each time, a skilled leader was present to oversee the direction and repairs of the work we needed. They have provided us with brick, stucco, drywall and paint repairs as well as smoke remediation from fire damage and water resistance barrier issues. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their job done well and done right - the first time.”

“We recently had ASR complete several concrete repairs on our property. Throughout the process, there was excellent communication from ASR and all of their representatives. The quality of the work was excellent and I would highly recommend ASR. We will continue to use them for future projects. I have known Peg for years and she is a great person to work with on any project. Thank you.”

“I manage warranty for a large new home builder and have utilized ASR on a variety of repairs/mitigations/ remediation's etc.. Their scope of ability is wonderful. Professionalism and communication are top notch. Customer service both to me and owners is second to none—even when we present ASR with last minute changes or after-hours requests! Cannot say enough good things. In a time where it is increasingly hard to find good people and companies to subcontract work, ASR stands out above the rest. Give them a call and find out for yourself!”
