ASR’s services include providing insurance claim settlement assistance to property owners. Our goal is to help owners restore their property to pre-loss condition with no out-of-pocket expense, aside from the policy deductible. ASR restores residential and commercial properties damaged by all types of natural and man-made disasters, including hail damage.

In June of 2015, The Manor Homes at Cherry Creek townhomes incurred significant hail damage. The insurance adjuster and ASR’s restoration specialists jointly completed a comprehensive inspection of the property, which facilitated mutual agreement of the damages, and accelerated the settlement timeframe and completion of the repair work. Once the project requirements were determined, ASR worked with the property management team to develop a project strategy that minimized inconvenience for the residents.

The project scope included replacement of the roof and copper gutters/downspouts on 12 buildings, replacement of 260 windows, replacement of 50 window screens, replacement of 12 sliding glass doors, repair of condenser fins on A/C units, and restoration of non-brick facades.
