The Project Superintendent, working in partnership with the Project Manager, will be a member of the jobsite management team and is directly responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing field activities for both self-performed and subcontracted work activities in accordance with Project Plan.

The Restoration Technician is a first-responder on property loss situations and are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage and handling.

The Restoration Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration projects; including but not limited, to Temporary Labor selection, Equipment procurement and inventory, On-site management, Paperwork accuracy, and Quality Control.

The Project Manager: Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing is responsible for the day to day management of all assigned construction and capital improvement projects, including but not limited to: customer service and communication, vendor selection and buyout, and quality control.

The Project Director is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development and marketing activities.

ESTIMATOR
Estimators must be experienced, technically astute, hands-on leaders that will be responsible for performing estimating duties for reconstruction projects. As a member of the business development team, the Estimator’s primary responsibility is to develop project proposals that ensure an adequate return on the resources employed.

CONCRETE AND WATERPROOFING SPECIALIST
Concrete and Waterproofing Specialists must be reliable, hard-working, as well as able to work well with others and independently as required. This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

CARPENTER
Carpenters must be able to communicate at a high level during the reconstruction process. This position reports directly to the Project Manager. Carpenters should have a reliable truck and tools to complete the following types of work at a high skill level.
