- Preconstruction and construction management
- Coordination of construction activities with owner and property management team
- Lead design-build team for foundation wall underpinning solution (~30 micropiles)
- Installation and maintenance of multi-level stacked shoring
- Repair of delaminated concrete spalls and corroded reinforcing bars on overhead and vertical surfaces of beams, walls, and columns
- Concrete repairs to beam bearing support at pilasters/walls, double-tee stems, foundation wall, and precast spandrels and beams
- Replacement of steel spandrel tie-back connections
- Repair of deck connections between double tees
- Repair of corbels, double tees, double tee stem supports, and flange-to-flange connections
- Partial and full-depth repair of the concrete deck including surface preparation and application of traffic membrane system
- Removal and replacement of joint and cove sealants
- Removal and replacement of existing expansion joint
- Installation of load transfer assemblies at precast beam
- Installation of new drains and piping
