Hello Lake Chalet Community,
Building K is moving quickly with the large framing members installed, and the landings in place. The crew will be installing the trex decking this week and will continue through next week. The railing and the grab rails are coming out of welding and will go to powder coating on Friday this week (4/10/26). The crew will be installing railing next week and building K will be close to being open by the end of next week (4/17/26).
Please watch children and pets in the areas that are coned off on building K as we will be moving heavy materials through next week.
Building L is completed and will have final city inspections early next week. Please continue to use the new stairs on building L. Punch lists have been made and are currently being worked on. Jon was able to get the front door lights repaired and the flood lights on the building are working.
We will be ready to move over to building N by the week of April 20th.
