Hello Lake Chalet Community,
ASR was able to get building K completed and the stairs opened this week. The balconies on building K have been reinstalled, and the temporary stairs removed. ASR will be conducting the final punch items on building K starting on Monday next week. The crew will also be moving the materials from building K and cleaning up around the building.
The temporary stairs have been moved to building N on the North side. The crew has started to install them on the building. The crew will open the temporary stairs sometime next week. Please be aware of the areas that will be in the construction. The areas will be coned and taped off. There will be a relocation of the dumpster to aid in the process of the repairs to building N. The parking areas in the lay down area will be marked. Please be aware that some of the parking areas around building N will be closed during this time.
It will take approximately 3 weeks to complete the North side of building N. During this time please watch your pets and children when around building N.
