Hello Lake Chalet Community,

ASR has had the engineer out to observe the foundations at building L. The crews have removed the old foundations and have begun to install the new caissons. ASR is currently awaiting a few engineering corrections due to unforeseen issues with the existing framing.

ASR should have the repairs shortly and will be ready to pour concrete and begin the framing early next week. Please be aware of the surroundings, as the areas are marked with caution tape. Your safety is our biggest concern.

The crews will continue the work on building L for the next few weeks.
