Hello Lake Chalet Community,
Building M has the stair towers open and ready for use. All units have had the addressesposted on the balconies, and all sliding doors have either had locks installed or temporary doors installed.
The ASR crew has begun to remove the old concrete foundations and installation of the new caissons has started. ASR will have the engineering inspections scheduled and should have the results by Monday next week.
Both sides of the building M staircases have been removed and the framing has started.All framing materials have been delivered, and the staining process of the wood has begun.Please be mindful of the construction areas, as they have been coned and caution taped.When outside please watch your children and pets in these areas.
The crew will be moving the large building materials into place and setting up the new framing. The crew will be using the lift, and it will be noisy while working. Please watch for the lift in these areas.
ASR will continue with the framing, staining and concrete work for the next two weeks.
The steel fabrication will start on Monday next week and continue until ready to move to the property for install.Have a great weekend
