Hi All,
Roofing for the following buildings has been completed:

Roofing work is in progress on: Buildings 4 and 3 and roofing is scheduled to start on Buildings 1 and 2 on Monday 7/27.  

Please respect any cones or markers at the building stair access areas that signify work being performed on the roofs above.  Debris and material removal is being loaded into a bin on the forklift but please aware of any possible stray materials from above if you are exiting or entering the buildings being worked on.  Roofing work on the garages is scheduled to continue, and a notification should be sent by property management specifying which dates garages will be worked on weather permitting. The expected completion for the remainder of the project is 3-4 weeks.

The Clubhouse roofing is scheduled to start on Monday 8/3 with an expected completion date by Friday 8/7. During this time the pool is scheduled to be closed due to the work. The clubhouse and leasing office will remain open. For your safety, please respect any signage or closure areas on the exterior and be aware of work being performed overhead.
