Project Update: February 20th, 2026
Hello all,

The crew has been busy working on the last 2 interior decks and will continue through nextweek.

We will still use the boom lift, so you will see it active in the community. Please let the crew know if they need to move for access to and from your garage.

The city of Denver has been out to inspect the three large decks and the last over the garage deck. The inspections have passed and are ready for access.

The HVAC company will be out adjusting and working on the air conditioning equipment on the large three decks early next week.
