Project Update: December 12th, 2025
Hello Manor Homes Community,

The weather in December has been great for working on decks. The crews will be working this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday to keep the momentum going. Thank you for your patience during this time. We are trying to have the large decks back into commission before the Christmas Holiday.

ASR has gone through the engineering inspections on these decks and will have them back open early next week:
- 3730 East First Avenue Unit C
- 3710 East First Avenue Unit C
- 3715 East Ellsworth Avenue Unit A and C
- 30 Garfield Street Unit D, C and B
- 40 Garfield Street Unit H, G and F

ASR is currently working on the large decks over livable space. These DECKS will be the ones that the crew will be working on this weekend. Again thank you for your patience, as the weather is too good to not allow the work:
- 3730 East 1st Avenue Unit A
- 31Jackson Street Units E, F, G and H
- 30 Garfield Street Units A, B, C and D
- 40 Garfield Steet Units E, F, G and H
