Project Update: October 3rd, 2025
Hello All:
ASR has been working away again this week and has been able to get more decks completed and ready for the next starts. Here is the list of decks that will be ready for inspections for Tuesday October 7th:
- 60 Garfield Steet Units G, H and B
- 3720 East 1st Ave Units E, D and C
- 3710 East First Ave Unit C
- 3715 Ellsworth Ave Units A and C
- 61 Jackson Street Unit A.

Here is the list of decks that will be in construction for next week:
- 2 Garfield Street Unit G
- 3725 Ellsworth Ave Unit B and D

Here is a list of demos and rebuilds for the next two weeks:
- 60 Garfield Street Units F and D
- 3735 Ellsworth Ave Units A and D
- 3740 East 1st Ave Units A, B, C, D and E
- 61 Jackson Street Unit H
- 31 Jackson Street Units F and E.

The crews will be working throughout the project on the lift and ladders, so please be on the lookout for them when coming and going out of the community. Please wave or honk and the crew will move to give you access to your garage.
