Project Update: December 5th, 2025
Hello Manor Homes Community,

ASR and the crews have reported back to work on Monday December 1st. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Holiday.

ASR will be going through engineering observations on Tuesday next week for the following decks:
- 3730 East First Avenue Unit C
- 3710 East First Avenue Unit C
-3715 East Ellsworth Avenue Unit A and C
- 30 Garfield Street Unit D, C and B
- 40 Garfield Street Unit H, G and F

Upcoming schedule for deck work will be on the units as follows:
- 3730 East 1st Avenue Unit A
- 31Jackson Street Units E, F, G and H
- 30 Garfield Street Units A, B, C and D
- 40 Garfield Steet Units E, F, G and H
These decks will start on Monday December 8thThis will be one unit over the garage and then the rest will be the roof top decks. Please make sure furniture is removed, carpets or rugs are removed and anything that will impact the demolition is out of the way and off of the decks so the crew can move through the repairs.
