At ASR Companies, our goal is to make building repairs easy, fast, and long-lasting. We’re proud to be one of only a few construction companies in Colorado to own and operate a specialized acrylate pump—a light weight, portable machine designed just for injecting acrylate grout—along with other high-performance grouts to seal leaks and stabilize structures.

Meet the Acrylate Pump

ASR Companies is one of only a handful of construction firms in Colorado to have this acrylate pump, giving us a unique edge in efficient leak repairs.

Our acrylate pump is a user-friendly, pneumatic(air-powered) device that mixes and injects two-part acrylate grout with precision. It’s ideal forgetting into tight spots and filling tiny cracks:

Precise Mixing: The pump combines resin and catalyst automatically, so there’s no guesswork.

Easy to Move: Its compact design fits through doorways and around obstacles.

Efficient Application: It pushes grout deep into cracks, saving time and reducing waste.

What Is Acrylate Grout?

Acrylate grout is a clear, flexible resin that stops water from leaking through cracks in basements, tunnels, and fine soils. Its low viscosity lets it flow into narrow gaps, and once it cures, it forms a permanent, waterproof membrane.

Key Features:

Ultra-Low Viscosity: Flows into hairline cracks.

Adjustable Cure Times: We can speed up or slow down the cure time of the grout to allow the grout to travel farther to seal hard to access areas.

Non-Toxic & Eco-Friendly: Certified to NSF/ANSI 61 for potable water.

Easy Cleanup: Rinses off with soap and water before it sets.

Ideal For: dynamic joints, fine soils, grout curtains behind existing concrete walls, and any place that needs along-lasting, flexible seal.

What Is Polyurethane Grout?

Polyurethane grout is a liquid that expands up to 800% into a closed cell foam when it meets water, filling cracks and voids. It creates a strong, flexible barrier and can even lift concrete slabs.

Two Main Grout Types:

Hydrophobic Grout: Expands into a closed-cell foam that can be used in wet or dry conditions.

Hydrophilic Grout: Creates low viscosity gel to seal fine cracks and soils.

Why These Tools Matter for Your Project

Combining the acrylate pump with two types of grouts allow us to:

✅Reach Every Crack: Ultra-low viscosity acrylate grout finds hidden paths for water.

✅Choose the Right Product/Application: Flexible grout cure times and types to match your project needs.

✅Protect the Environment: We use safe, non-hazardous materials.

✅Save You Money: Faster completion of repairs and fewer call-backs lower overall costs.

Cherry Creek Parking Garage Case Study

Project Needs: A newly constructed, multi-level parking garage was leaking around the perimeters and across the horizontal surface at cracks/joints.

Our Solutions: Pressure inject acrylate grout to seal floor cracks, creating a clear, watertight seal.

Injection of polyurethane grout to fill larger gaps, cracks, pockets at the perimeter wall to slab condition.

Outcome: The garage is now dry, stable, and protected from future leaks—without major interruption for tenants and structural deterioration concerns for ownership.
