scope:

  • Coordination of repair activities with building management and engineering personnel
  • Pulled a permit with the City and County of Denver
  • Four-story deck column repairs
  • Erect and secure scaffolding to access all levels of the decks
  • Removal and securing of existing handrails
  • Demolition of all stucco material applied to the deck column to expose the substrate
  • Removal of fascia and damaged substrate to allow engineers to evaluate framing
  • Shore and replacement of framing materials as necessary
  • Reinstallation of new substrate
  • Surface preparation of all non-impacted substrate
  • Installation of Prosoco R-Guard Cat 5 Air and Waterproof Barrier materials (fluid materials); R-Guard Joint & Seam Filler & R-Guard FastFlash
  • Properly integrate all existing flashings
  • Reconstruct the stucco façade
  • Paint and reinstall all handrails
