scope:
- Coordination of repair activities with building management and engineering personnel
- Pulled a permit with the City and County of Denver
- Four-story deck column repairs
- Erect and secure scaffolding to access all levels of the decks
- Removal and securing of existing handrails
- Demolition of all stucco material applied to the deck column to expose the substrate
- Removal of fascia and damaged substrate to allow engineers to evaluate framing
- Shore and replacement of framing materials as necessary
- Reinstallation of new substrate
- Surface preparation of all non-impacted substrate
- Installation of Prosoco R-Guard Cat 5 Air and Waterproof Barrier materials (fluid materials); R-Guard Joint & Seam Filler & R-Guard FastFlash
- Properly integrate all existing flashings
- Reconstruct the stucco façade
- Paint and reinstall all handrails
